If you have out-of-network chiropractic benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note that any reimbursement is handled entirely between you and your insurance provider. Thrive Spinal Care does not communicate with insurance companies, verify benefits, or process claims on your behalf.
