Our office operates as an out-of-network, self-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If you have out-of-network chiropractic benefits, we’re happy to provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that any reimbursement is handled entirely between you and your insurance provider. Thrive Spinal Care does not correspond with insurers or process claims on your behalf.
